The SM01 is a traditional tabletop microphone that can replace the speaker phone in your two-way radio system. If used improperly, the device may be damaged. Remember to adhere to the following recommendations:
Do not expose the product to sunlight for extended periods, keep away from heating devices.
Do not drop the device. A strong impact may destroy the internal components.
Do not tug on the cable too strongly.
Keep a low loudness level to protect your hearing.
Do not store in a humid and dusty environment.

3. Installation and manual
Connect the microphone to the microphone jack in the panel.
Connect the attached RJ45 cable to the panel, connect the other end (depending on the plug) to your external device, e. g. bidirectional radio.
Turn on the radio and set the loudness level.
Then set the speaker loudness level on your tabletop microphone.
Loudness knob: Turn to switch the speaker output level.
PTT lock indicator: The indicator turns red when the PTT lock is ON, and with the switch at OFF no indicator light is seen.
PTT button: Pess and hold the PTT button and speak into the microphone to transmit. Release the PTT button to switch to transmission receive mode.
PTT switch lock: Speak into the microphone and transmit constantly (the transmission time is limited by the external device) after switching ON, you do not need to push the PTT button. Switch to OFF in order to turn off continuous transmission and reception when PTT is pressed.
Foot-operated PTT jack: The foot-operated 3.5 mm PTT jack allows you to connect a hands-free PTT button; press and hold the PTT button with your foot and speak into the microphone; release the hands-free PTT button and go back to receiving.
